Farewell to the Meldrums at the airport

Hey guys!

Not too much has gone down this week! It's been pretty normal out here. Just tons of visits, teaching people on Sunday, and some other stuff. 

Saturday was a huge Hmong new year festival. We wore random Hmong clothes and went to a random celebration with a bunch of YSA members. It was very strange. There were so many drunks - haha. 

On Monday we had our last certificate ceremony for the past term. It was neat. I got sick on Tuesday and threw up for a good portion of the day. That was a fun time. 

One of the senior couples here, the Meldrums, finished their mission on Thursday, so we told them we'd help them get ready on Wednesday. We headed over to their place and helped pack some stuff and get them ready to go. Then we went and ate with them. Then I went home and threw it up lol. 

The next day we helped the Meldrums bring their luggage to the airport and sent them off with some of the members. Then we went to go eat with a bunch of the members. I'd been feeling like death for the past few days so I made the wise decision to abstain from eating. Afterwards I went home, threw up some more, and promptly passed out. Yay!

That’s pretty much been this week hahahaha. Today we'll be going to the Meldrums' old apartment and moving all of the leftover stuff out of it, because apparently they aren't getting a replacement. We'll also be visiting some members up north, so that should be a pretty good time.

I hope you've all been doing well! Hopefully you haven't been as sick as me 55555.

Btw, I'm totally fine now, so no need to worry.
